Jason Geddes's bio:

Dr. Jason Geddes is the Environmental Services Administrator for the City of Reno. He is a native Nevadan who wants to ensure his son can enjoy Nevada the way he has. He grew up in Gabbs and Reno and is a graduate of Sparks High School and the University of Nevada. He has served as a State Assemblyman, NSHE Regent and as the State Petroleum Chemist. He rides his bike, runs biodiesel in his truck and has a solar PV and solar thermal system on his home.


More wind turbines installed

The Helix S322 and Windspire Energy turbines are now up on the Downtown Parking Gallery. They look great. The Windspire was painted by local artists and will be unveiled on July 8th at 4:00pm at an event in the West St. Market.

Wind Turbines on Reno City Hall

The first two wind turbines have been placed on Reno City Hall. They are the Cascade Engineering Swift turbines. Funded through the stimulus bill and NV energy rebates.
